Warranty Terms
Aluminum & Welds
Our extruded aluminum frames carry a 15-year warranty against breakage and weld failure. Living near the ocean can cause premature weathering of the aluminum finish and is not warranted.
For optimal performance while living in the salt air, we suggest that the frames are covered while not in use and rinsed off monthly with fresh water and waxed at the beginning and end of each season.
Cushion Fabrics
In-stock cushion fabrics are covered for 5 years against fading and tears, a testament to our fabric selection standards. We source from Sunbrella and similarly high-performing mills.
Custom fabrics are reviewed case-by-case by your sales representative. Non-Sunbrella custom fabrics fall under the individual manufacturer's warranty. Visit sunbrella.com for full fabric specs.
Vinyl Strapping
Vinyl strapping is warranted for 5 years against breakage and strap pull-out, and 1 year against discoloration with normal care.
Discoloration replacement is at the vinyl supplier's discretion. Re-strapping services are available on request at an additional fee, keeping your furniture looking property-ready for years beyond the original build.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas have a comprehensive 5-year commercial warranty covers all umbrellas with a fiberglass pole and awning-grade fabric, including mechanisms, structure, and fabric performance.
Covers manufacturer defects on crank handles, crank axles, auto tilts, push-button tilts, para-cord, notch, runner, center pole, and skeleton structure.
Coverage applies to standard configurations. Custom fabrics, wood-bottom poles, and customer-supplied fabric are excluded.
Sling Fabric (PVC Polyester)
Standard sling fabric is covered for 3 years against material defects and 1 year against fading and discoloration with normal care.
Our slings are welded, not sewn, providing a cleaner finish and superior durability. Re-sling services are available on request for a fee.
Resin, Rope, & Viro Vicker
Resin and rope products are warranted for 3 years against noticeable fading, discoloration, and deterioration.
Viro Wicker carries a 2-year warranty in commercial settings, reflecting its engineered performance in high-use, high-exposure hospitality environments.
Powder Coat Finish
Our polyester powder coat finish is warranted for 1 year against manufacturer's defects, fading, and discoloration with normal care and maintenance.
Consistent care, rinsing and light cleaning, extends finish life significantly well beyond the warranty period.
Teak Wood
Teak products are warranted for 1 year against manufacturer and material defects.
Our teak is naturally distressed, lending each piece an organic, lived-in character. Natural variation in tone, grain, finish, and inherent checking or cracking are part of teak's authentic appeal and are not defects. These characteristics are what make each piece singular.
Fire Tables
Fire tables are UL Listed for both liquid propane (LP) and natural gas (NG). All materials are warranted against manufacturer and material defects for 1 year.

The EVR Sling Upgrade.
Five Years of Zero Worry
For properties that can't afford a single fraying sling to detract from the guest experience, our EVR Extended Sling Warranty offers complete replacement coverage for five years, covering rips, tears, and burns in normal commercial use.
A warranty certificate is issued at order. To claim: submit a photo of each damaged sling with your certificate and original invoice to your sales representative. Replacement slings ship within 4 to 6 weeks of approval. Installation kits and re-sling services available separately.

Commercial Grade For Every Space.
All Admiral Outdoor products are designed, manufactured, and warranted exclusively for commercial use, defined as public-facing space. Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only, requires proof of purchase, and may require photos or an inspection. All warranty work after year one is prorated. Year one is covered 100% including freight.
